Lesson 1: Creating an Environment for Clarity
In the early morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went away to a secluded place. Jesus created an environment for clarity. Rising with a plan and a purpose doesn’t just happen; it requires intentional focus. As we become busier, it is often difficult to create the kind of focus that allows us to stay connected to His plan. In this teaching, we will evaluate all of the tangible ways we create an environment that allows us to focus on hearing from God. In his book, I Was Busy and Now I’m Not, Dr. Joseph Peck states: “Time is a limited resource. Whenever you have a limited resource, you must be careful how you use it.” You’ll leave this session creating the valuable white space that keeps you focused and out of your own way.
Lesson 3: Creating Your Multi-Dimensional Mission Statement
A mission statement is a written-down reason for purpose. Write the vision down and make it plain on a tablet so you and others can run with it. Anything of importance will eventually need to be written down. Your mission is a daily roadmap to accomplishing the God-given vision. It is of critical importance that the vision be recorded in 4 major areas. This teaching will take you through the components of reflecting and recording a mission statement for the journey of Getting Out of Your Own Way. It is key to keeping you focused.
Lesson 4: Designing Your R.A.W. Plan (Results, Abundance, and War)
Examine your motives; test your heart. If you get this straight now, you won’t have to be straightened out later. It’s better to be confronted by the Master now, than to face a fiery confrontation of wrong motives later. Getting Out of Your Own Way requires an intense evaluation of both strengths and opportunities and the plan of attack from the opposer of the brethren. In this teaching, you will leave with a complete written vision of what an intense self-evaluation provides. You will find a plan for Results, Abundance, and War.
Lesson 5: Principles of Imagination for Getting Out of Your Own Way
Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, my counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure (Isaiah 46:10). The manifestation of what is to come will be activated through both our words and imagination. Becoming conscious in what we are imagining, thinking, feeling, and saying is the cornerstone of what gets manifested. In this teaching, you will upgrade every limited belief with the power of God’s word. You’ll leave with specific skills and goals that keep your faith activated with evidence of the unseen…which is our imagination activated.
Lesson 6: Principles of Language for Getting Out of Your Own Way
In the beginning was the Word. Every day we offer the release of our words and those words command our experiences. The Word of God declares out of our mouth we speak life or death. The collective quality of our words will dictate the reality of our health, our relationships, and our mission in the world. It’s not a question of the power of our words, but whether or not we are using that power to advance the Kingdom of God and our assignment. In this teaching, we will explore the script necessary to Get Out of Your Own Way. This teaching will empower you to break free from a language of defeat, and truly embrace the power of changing our world with the power of words.
Lesson 8: Building the Technology for God’s Big Story in You!
Whether you’re a Boomer or a Millennial we must all navigate and pivot in a changing world. Being able to deliver your kingdom message with technological upgrading has become of tantamount importance. In this practical hands-on session, I will join a cybersecurity expert who shares practical ways to ensure that your kingdom mission has all of the technological support that’s needed. Together, we will walk you through some of the fundamentals of launching and maintaining a cutting-edge kingdom assignment that’s technologically supported. All you will need to do is Get Out of Your Own Way and allow your BIG God Story be technically ready.
